LEGALIZE HOMOSEXUALITY IN GHANA - SARKODIE

The issue of homosexuals became the topic of discussion once again after the president of the nation H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo was interviewed on the topic.

Ghana as a country is predominantly a Christian country with most of its citizen seeing homosexuality as a sin deserving of death.

A lot of people don’t want to have anything to do with homosexuals let alone advocate for the practise to be permitted that is if it is not being practised already.

One of Ghana’s most awarded musicians,Sarkodie also made a call for homosexuality to be legalized in Ghana. To drive home his point, he mentioned that, the country should allow its citizenry to choose their sexual orientation.

He also mentioned that some of his fans are homosexuals so he is not in any position to judge the people who put food on his table.

I know a lot of Ghanaians will be surprised with what I’m saying but the fact of the matter is that, the world is changing and we must equally learn to change as such.
